Hematite(low magnetic) dressing plant

Tin ore separation process
The density of tin ore is bigger than paragenetic mineral , so we use gravity concentration to processing tin ore . Because there are many oxide iron ore inside , for example : magnetite , hematite , if use gravity concentration or flotation , that could not separate them from tin , so magnetic will be added .

[Process Description]
Crushing and Screening
Crush the raw ore to 20mm, then screen it to two grade, (20mm~4mm) and (4mm~0mm).
Preselecting
Put the 20~4mm ore into heavy medium cyclone to be selected. Then the ore will enter into the rod mill. After that, it will be preselected in jig. The tailings over 2mm will be abandoned, the 2mm ore will be put into shaking table.
Bulk Flotation
The concentration from jig and shaking board will be separately selected by bulk flotation. The tailings will enter the shaking board to get qualified tin concentrates.
Separating Flotation
After the bulk flotation, the concentrate will be fine grinded, then will be do the flotation separation of lead zinc ore. After that Lead antimony concentrates and zinc concentrates will be produced.
Gravity Separation
The pulp enter into Φ300mm hydrocyclone, then overflow to Φ125mm and Φ75mm hydrocyclone group to remove the fine mud. The sand setting will enter into the process of thickening, desulphurization by flotation, and then cassiterite flotation .

Pb-Zn ore dressing process
Pb-Zn ore divides into sulfide Pb-Zn ore and oxide Pb-Zn ore . Flotation is the most widely used in separating sulfide Pb-Zn ore , to separate zinc and plumbum , sometimes for separating sulfide iron and other minerals . Sulfide Pb-Zn ore process divides into priority flotation process , mix-separating flotation , asynchronous flotation ,and so on .
Introduction
1,Priority flotation process , according to the different floatability and different float speed , recover the plumbum concentrate , zinc concentrate and sulfide concentrate by sequence . This process could reduce the capacity of flotation tank ,economize reagent .
2,Mix-separating flotation process --- this process is to mix all the sulfide zinc and sulfide plumbum into the mixing concentrate , abandon tailings . This process is more effective in separating plumbum and zinc .

3,Asynchronous flotation ---normally different minerals have different floatability , asynchronous flotation is to separate plumbum and zinc in different steps to ensure the most effective floatability of minerals in a suitable condition .

Chrome ore process
Gravity separation is the mainly process for chrome processing ,sometimes the chrome concentrate will be separated by low intensity magnetic separation or high-intensity magnetic separation for a second processing , that`s to improve the grade of the chrome .Several ores can use flotation or flocculation flotation process .

Antimony ore processing
Antimony ore proportion is heavy than matrix , normally gravity separation is more efficient , its efficiency , economic , environment protection and concentrate the lower grade ore , after gravity use flotation for extraction .
Introduction
Generally , the separation process including manual , gravity , flotation separation , most of the time , use unite processes . No matter oxide ore or sulfide ore , they all heavier than matrix , so we could choose gravity separation for most of the antimony ore . For the ore with thick grain , manual separation is more useful .
Gravity separation
Gravity separation divides into heavy medium separation , jig separation , sluice separation and shaking table separation .
Flotation process
After grinding and flotation the tailings from the gravity separation , use one rough , three concentrate , two scavenging process .
After flotation is the antimony concentrate . The tailings introduced to shaking table , and recover the fine oxide antimony , obtain the high grade antimony concentration and tailings .
